A: Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers.

Q9:Can you produce according to the our samples?
A: Yes, we can develop formula according to your sample and make production accordingly.
Q10: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept TT and credit card. Payment terms is 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Q11: What is your lead time?
A: Lead time is about 25-45 days upon confirmation of samples and receipt of deposit. Specific lead time depends on items and
quantity of your order. 
Q12: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally goods were packed in 5 layers export carton. We can also pack according to your requirement.
Q13: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.
Q14: What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem upon receipt of goods?
A:Please send us photos and video evidence. We will make satisfactory solution within 24 hours upon confirmation of the problems.
